Cecelia originally hails from Wisconsin, but she felt stifled there, so she packed up her bags and moved to Sin City. In Las Vegas, she enjoys skateboarding, watching hockey, creating art and going to concerts. That's all pretty normal fare for a 19-year-old girl.
